Who's making sure your home is safe and secure when you're away?

If you don't have someone, give us a call today and ask about our caretaking service. We'll visit your home weekly while you're away, ensure everything is secure and that no conditions exist that could damage your home. Unlike most caretaking companies, we complete our weekly visits to your home with Infrared Thermography, Moisture Detection equipment and over 20 years of experience in the property restoration industry. We can identify moisture-related issues before they turn into costly water-damage or mold remediation problems. We focus on prevention, not reaction, to common household problems like A/C and plumbing issues, that lead to so many costly repairs in Florida homes.

Who's making sure the contractors working in your home are doing their jobs, adhering to your schedule and not leaving your home a mess or unsecured?

While we're not a General Contractor, we can provide you with Owner's Rep/Project Management services to ensure YOUR INTEREST is protected and your home stays safe, secure and clean throughout the construction process. 

For 10% of your project cost, we will .........

• Provide daily access for your contractors. We won't put a lockbox on your front door and share the code with all the subcontractors.
• When necessary, setup Work Zone barriers to control dust and worker access to the remainder of your home.
• Be in your home during any and all interior work.
• Clean up and secure your home at the end of each work day. 
• Facilitate any work, that doesn't require a trade license or permit, wherever necessary to help the project efficiently progress.
• Attend all required building inspections
• Review all project invoices for accuracy.
• Approve your payment once the completion of  the work is verified and any deficiencies have been remedied to your satisfaction.
